    @sakil21 Right, they do. I used today’s exchange rates to convert between the currencies. While fairly many people might have the USD/Euro rate at the top of their head, I expect most people would have had to look up what 1,176,700NOK are in USD (I certainly had to), so I figured I’d just convert them all to USD at current rates for convenience.

    The biggest difference in prices of cars in those countries stems from different tax rates and import tariffs.

    I’d be fairly happy with the limited choice in exchange for the low car prices you guys in the US have.

    Although its a great gesture from euro manufacturers to bring over their low volume cars here, its not enough. For example, models like the A4 and A6 have diesel variants not to mention several different choices of transmissions. That is something I would like to see because not everyone wants a performance version of a certain model line.

    Amazing review Charlie,technical,understandable,serious without being boring,nice video shots of different angles,i liked the fact that we see you drive the car from the back seat,really,a review based on the type of car,not about grocerys and practical side of it,its not a minivan,its a sport car,and you my friend did the review the way its meant to be.Plus no words about cup holders!!!hahaha

    @TheEryk03 No it sounds quite similar…the 4.2 V8 sounds totally different. This is basically a Lamborghini V10 cut in half but is mostly different.

    VW/Audi should hire you as an exec, you do a better job selling their cars than they do.
    I personally could never drive the TT, it is a chick car and at that price I would get a BMW 1M first, then either a Corvette or Porsche Cayman, Shelby Mustang GT500, used GT-R, lots of choices. But they are selling them, so good for them.

    Are you sure about that 50/50 torque split? Every other Audi with a transverse engine, including otherTT models and even the previous TT RS, have a front-biased torque split.

    @theyetunusedname yes brother I agree. tax is a great factor. in our country we need to pay 800% tax to buy a car. it is the highest tax rate in the world for car purchase.
